Dearest Gift Giver,

Even though I've been in your company for a short time, you've taught me so very much. There's nothing I can possibly due to quantify my gratitude. So, I decided to put a few of my thoughts down on paper to let you know how grateful I am for your precious gift.

I never knew you, but you've had my best interests and aspirations in your heart for quite some time. It's ironic what we have in common. You and I have touched each other's hearts in different ways, but in the spirit of our connection it is for the good of humanity. You knew that someday I'll treat people as wonderful as you in hopes of making them feel their very best. It's true that such a privilege is a culmination of years of learning and dedication, but first and foremost, it all begins with you.

During our time together, I often wonder about what roads you traveled in your lifetimeždid you have brothers and sisters, or were you a parent? What brought you sorrow or joy? When I study and learn from you I imagine you in many ways of motionžsmiling, picking up a little baby, enjoying a delicious holiday feast, or doing fun activities with family and friends on a beautiful spring day.

But most of all I imagine your heart and how beautiful it must have been, for you thought of me even though we never met. All along you understood the importance of your role and that the best way for me to learn would be to learn with you. Thank you dear gift giver from the bottom of my heart.
