Corrections Medicine
The Corrections Medicine Program, part of the Saint Louis County Department of Health, provides medical and mental health services to inmates and residents at three Saint Louis County facilities: the Buzz Westfall Justice Center, the Juvenile Detention Center at Family Courts, and the Lakeside Center.
