Animal Ordering Information

Anyone with e-Sirius access is encouraged to use the on-line ordering forms. If you need e-Sirius access, please have your PI contact ITS at 977-4000.

If you already have eSirius access you can enter at http://hsc-w-comp-01/eSiriusstd/index.htm.

 ALL ANIMAL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH e-SIRIUS BEGINNING JULY 1, 2009

All animal orders and transportation must be processed through the Department of Comparative Medicine. 

Any procurement questions can be directed to Julie Harris, Coordinator - Animal Procurement and Census at 977-5415.

Requisitions:

• Must be submitted to CM by 12:00 P.M. each Wednesday for delivery the following week.
• Orders received after the 12:00 P.M. deadline will be assessed a $10 service charge and NCI orders cannot be placed for delivery the following week.
