Animal Data Transfers

This form is used for the following:

• Transfer between protocols
• Transfer between accounts
• Transfer between investigators
• Change in per diem
• Room change within a facility

For transfers between facilities, use the Animal Data Transfer Form

All transfers require at least two working days to process. However, if the transfer involves any movement of animals, please allow up to five working days from the date Comparative Medicine receives the completed and approved transfer form.  Animal Data Transfer Form
