Clinical Pathology Services

The Department of Comparative Medicine provides a full complement of Clinical Pathology services through a collaboration with a local reference laboratory.

Diagnostic Pathology Services

The Diagnostic Pathology Laboratory provides the following diagnostic and experimental services in support of the animal care and health programs and investigators at Saint Louis University:

• Pathology
• Serology
• Microbiology
• Parasitology

The following programs concerning rodent colony health are also supported:

• Rodent Quarantine Program
• Rodent Health Surveillance Program (Sentinel Program)
• Antibody Production and PCR Testing of Biological Materials
• Mouse Rederivation and Cryopreservation Program
