From Missouri:

From downtown St. Louis -Take I-64 (US 40) east over the Poplar Street Bridge to I-255 South (Memphis) to IL 15 (will pass by Lady of the Snows).
From south St. Louis County - Take I-270 over the Jefferson Barracks Bridge (I-270 becomes I-255 in Illinois). Exit at IL 15.
Both routes - Take IL 15 east to Belleville, exiting at South Illinois Street (Red Bud). Make a left (go north) on Illinois Street. Make left at Lincoln Street and go three blocks to St. Elizabeth's Medical Arts Building and fenced parking lot.

From Illinois:

From the East or South - Take I-64 to I-255.
From the North - Take I-70 or I-270 to I-255.
Both routes then - Take I-255 south to IL 15. Then take IL 15 east to Belleville. Exit at South Illinois Street, make a left (north). Go to Lincoln Street, make a left and go three blocks to St. Elizabeth's Medical Arts Building and fenced parking lot.

You may also take I-64 to IL 159 exit (exit #12, which takes you by the St. Clair Mall). Continue south on 159 until you pass the Belleville public square (fountain), continue 2 blocks further south to Lincoln Street and make a right. Go three blocks to St. Elizabeth's Medical Arts Building and fenced parking lot.
