Ombudsman

The Ombudsman for Graduate Medical Education is a resource for the trainee. The Ombudsman is knowledgeable about University Processes and Graduate Medical Education. She is an impartial, confidential resource for the trainee when having disputes or problems. The services include mediation, investigation, listening, coaching, and offering problem-solving options. The Ombudsman does not have the authority to make decisions but can inform and refer you to the person who does have that authority.
