Education

All graduate students enter the first year Core Graduate Program in the Biomedical Sciences at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. In the second year, students select a mentor for their Ph. D. dissertation research. All faculty at the Institute for Molecular Virology have Graduate Faculty status. Students must meet the graduation requirements set forth by the Molecular Microbiology and Immunology Program to obtain their Ph. D. The faculty members at the Institute for Molecular Virology have trained twenty-one graduate students.
