Conference Fees:
Basic registration fee includes admission to conference sessions (four days), course materials, a Welcoming Reception and Course Dinner. Complimentary bus transportation is provided between the conference and Hyatt Regency Riverfront hotel daily.
Pre-registration is required for the daily catered lunches due to seating restrictions. There are very limited lunch outlets in the immediate vicinity of the medical school campus.

Registration:
Pre-registration is strongly advised, as conference size is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis.
A deposit of $100 (or the full registration amount) is required with each registration. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Forensic Pathology. For registrations outside of the USA, payment must be made in US dollars, international money order or bank draft. MasterCard and Visa credit card payment is acceptable. The balance of the registration fee is due by June 26, 2009.
Additional conference information and registration confirmation will be made by mail upon receipt of registration form and payment. Registration will be held on Monday, July 27 from 7 until 8:15 a.m. in the entrance foyer of the Learning Resource Center. Conference materials will be distributed at that time.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be refunded on a sliding scale prior to June 29. No refunds will be given after that date.
Enrollment:
This conference is designed for the instruction of experienced medicolegal death investigators, forensic pathologists, law enforcement officers, forensic scientists, physicians, attorneys and investigative personnel who have previously been trained in a basic death investigation program.
American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigator's Examination:
Saint Louis University School of Medicine’s Learning Resource Center will be an examination site for those pre-approved candidates who wish to take the ABMDI Registry or Board Certified examinations. All paperwork must be submitted and approved by the ABMDI by June 30, 2009 to be eligible to sit for the examination at this time. Please visit the ABMDI’s website for more information.
Certificate of Attendance:
A certificate will be awarded to those registrants attending all conference sessions.
