Small Animal Facility CoreSmall Animal Imaging Facility provides equipment and expertise for imaging to study a broad range of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, neuroinflammatory disease, sepsis, inflammatory bowel disease, type I diabetes, pain, asthma, hypersensitive skin reactions, parasitic, viral and bacterial infections, wound healing, T-cell mediated immune responses, andarteriosclerosis.
Flow Cytometry CoreFlow Cytometry Research Core Facility provides state-of-the-art flow cytometric analysis and cell sorting instrumentation. The technology has broad applications in basic research such as molecular biology, pathology, immunology, plant biology and marine biology, as well as vast clinical applications. The facility houses three analyzers and two high speed cell sorters utilizing a wide array of excitation lasers, making it possible to analyze almost any commercially available fluorochrome.
