Project Title: Adoptively Transferring GPI-specific Regulatory T Cells to Treat the Effector Phase of Rheumatoid Arthritis.

The major goal of this project is to determine whether the adoptive transfer of antigen specific Tregs can be used as a safe and effective means to treat ongoing joint inflammation in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis. I received the additional honor of being named the Don Minassian Memorial Fellow for cutting edge research in Rheumatoid Arthritis.
