Welcome to the Saint Louis University School of Medicine’s Office of Student Financial Services. Funding a medical education is a tremendous undertaking and a major factor in deciding which medical school to attend. For this reason, we hope you take the time to read the information contained in our website. Our mission is to assist you in identifying resources to meet the costs associated with our standard student budget to attend the School of Medicine at Saint Louis University.

The first step in this process is for you to be aware of the programs available as well as the personal requirements to be eligible for funding. Please share this information with your family. The primary responsibility for funding your education lies with you and your family. You should be aware that most medical schools have limited institutional resources available and therefore will necessitate that most of the cost of your medical education will be funded through federal and/or alternative loans.
